Conditions of Hire

    1. The hirer will be responsible for all items of equipment on hire. Any losses or damage may incur an additional charge,
      Any boat not returned by the time agreed may be liable for an additional charge.

 

    1. Lifejackets in a wide range of sizes are provided at no charge to the customer. Any customers preferring to wear their own lifejackets may do so.

 

    1. Boats on Loch Avich are also available for a minimum hire period of half a day.

 

  1. An indemnity against accidental loss or damage to items of equipment can be taken out for an additional charge of £2 per hire per day or part thereof.

  2. REMEMBER - NO LIFEJACKET, NO BOAT !
